Guidelines for Open Panel Abstract Submissions

Please read the following information carefully:

Submission Deadline: Submissions now closed - 15th October 2021, 5PM (GMT).

If you would like to organise an Open Panel the convenor/s are required to submit the title (no more than 15 words) and description (no more than 300 words). 

Open Panels may receive an unlimited number of papers submitted to them which will then be considered by the convenor(s). The number of papers accepted per Open Panel will vary. Open Panels that receive a high volume of submissions will be allowed to form no more than 5 panel sessions of 4 papers max per panel. These Open Panels will be scheduled in the programme as a Stream.

Call opens August 6th to close October 15th. You will be notified by 19th October.
